If your order does not arrive, please contact us directly. We have a policy that we track all orders, so if anything goes missing, we know when and where this occurred. Everyone will receive a tracking number and carrier in their order confirmation email.
Candido is not liable for the cost of shipping, customs, or the cost of re-shipping items if the buyer provides an incorrect address or refuses to pay duties. In these circumstances, the order will be sent back to the sender, and the client will be refunded the purchase value, less the cost of return postage appropriate for the location from whence the package was initially shipped.
